Invite your student leaders
GetSet showcases the best of your school through the voice of your current students. Your GetSet community starts with a small group of student "leaders" who share their perspectives on key aspects of student life. Here's how it works.
Choose 8 - 10 students to create the seed content for your community. When choosing this small group of Leaders, consider your student employees, ambassadors, or other highly involved populations.
Quickly onboard these 8 - 10 students with the email content below. GetSet will guide them through creating a profile and sharing their experiences. This process takes students no more than 15 minutes and will quickly lay the groundwork for a vibrant community.
Request that these students log twice per week for 5 minutes to respond to questions that others post in the community. We’ll give student leaders more detailed instructions in our follow up emails.
Leader invitation email content
Note: After you claim your school’s GetSet account, you’ll receive an email from our team with the invitation link for your student leaders. Be sure to use that link in this invitation email.

Reporting and analytics
On Insight, GetSet's analytics platform, you'll find information about how students are using GetSet and what they're talking about. Use it to keep a pulse on your GetSet community and identify opportunities to further support and engage your prospective students.
Accessing Insight
GetSet's admitted students package includes one Insight user license. Here's how to activate your Insight account.
Request your Insight account here using your school email address.
GetSet will confirm your request with your school's account owner before approving your request.
When your request is approved, you'll receive an email notifying you that your account is active and you can log into Insight.
Content monitoring
Our content monitoring system keeps your GetSet community safe and secure. When a student attempts to post words that violate our community guidelines, we’ll automatically detect it, notify you, and block it from the view of the community if necessary.
We capture all the details in a content monitoring “Case,” which your school's account owner can view and manage on the Content monitoring page in Insight.
