How much does it cost?
$24,875* all in for our university partners and us to do all the work to:
Source talented, qualified candidates and induce demand,
Deliver last two years of a Bachelor’s Degree at our well-reputed partner schools with no out-of-pocket cost to your talent, and
Provide intensive student support to ensure your sponsored students graduate on time and thrive academically and professionally
*Pricing may be lower for some fields and geographies where GetSet has additional Federal, State, and local incentives available
What’s the catch?
None. GetSet chooses schools that have a strong pedigree of academic success, career preparedness, and active support for students with financial need and transfer students.
GetSet’s leading student success platform and a personal advisor assigned to each Sponsored Student ensure high on time graduation rates so you fill your entry level openings quickly. If you chose not to offer full-time employment to a student after the internship, your firm only pays $5,250 for that candidate.
What makes students eligible?
The program is open to all students with financial need. Financial need is defined as having at least $2,000 in annual Pell funding. Students must also be on track to have earned (or already completed) 60 credits by August 2023.
What other areas is this available for?
We are currently offering Sponsored Degree™ students in Cybersecurity.
We plan to expand to other IT fields in the near future.
If you are interested in hires outside of these areas, please contact us. We are adding additional programs based on employer demand, our student population, and our university relationships.
“Open doors to deserving, underrepresented students. Fill your openings. Be your firm’s talent hero.”
