Statement of work

Client:

Any Akademos, Inc. client institution, accepting the Yield Module of GetSet as provided to its clients.

WHEREAS, GetSet™ owns and operates the website getset.com and other related websites (the “GetSet™ Site”), which encourages potential students to explore post-secondary education, and

WHEREAS, Client owns and/or operates certain post-secondary schools or colleges (“Schools”) and wishes to engage GetSet™ to provide its Services (as hereinafter defined). 

GetSet™ and Client hereby agree to the provisions set forth in this statement of work and Services Agreement General Terms and Conditions located at https://getset.com/agreement. Terms with their initial letter capitalized, which are not otherwise defined below, shall have the meaning given said terms in the General Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict between this Statement of Work and the General Terms and Conditions, this Statement of Work shall take precedence.

Period of the Service Agreement:

Effective through October 2, 2020.

School Entities Covered:

Akademos, Inc school client which has accepted this Statement of Work as found on the proprietary partnership site: resources.getset.com/akademos 

Pricing:

Price has been paid in full through October 2, 2020. No further obligation to use is required. Additional information on continuation of services, expansion of services, technical integration, or other services can be obtained through your assigned Akademos Account Rep.

Payment Terms:

Not applicable for this offer. 30 days net for any additional services, if purchased. 

Description: GetSet Yield Module, a platform tool for Admissions offices to connect admits with current students in the GetSet student community platform with no restrictions on numbers of admits allowed. Also, a single user license for the GetSet analytics platform providing reports, trends, and various metrics on the health, connections, and activities of the school’s admit community.

Client Deliverable: Institution will provide such information as requested to complete launch of the community.

By agreeing to the box on the acceptance page of resources.getset.com/akademos, client institution has accepted this SOW. A hard copy of this document will be returned for wet signatures by your Akademos Account Rep for your records only.
